HVAC Systems Cleaning

Consists of cleaning of all components within HVAC systems inclusive of the Air handler, supply duct, return duct, exhaust duct, etc. Other options include encapsulation of fiber based insulation within existing duct work, sanitizing of existing duct systems, and grease hood and exhaust system cleaning.

Air Filter Service

Bronze Level Air Filter Service

Consists of removing existing spent filters and replacing with new filters. Disposing of spent filters at the owner’s site or taking them away for remote disposal depending on service contracted. This service is usually performed on a scheduled maintenance basis.

Silver Level Air Filter Service

Consist of the Standard Service but on an optimized basis of changing filters based on final pressure drops and system set points. Monthly readings are taken to assure that filter life is optimized without an adverse impact on Energy usage. Hardware is inspected at each change with a written report indicating any potential leak paths and corrective recommendations.

Gold Level Air Filter Service

Consists of the Silver level with the addition of the data collection and entry for utilization of the Web based Filter tracking system.

Clean Room Testing and Certification

Scan testing of ceiling structures and ceiling filters, TAF HEPA filters; particle counts; clean room classifications; velocity profile tests; laminarity smoke studies with videotaping, light level testing and sound data testing. All test results provided in complete report form with traceability on instrument calibrations.

Mobile Media Testing Service

Consist of real-time analysis of new or installed filter media verifying the operating efficiency of the provide media. This can be done on General Aire supplied media or competitive media. Contact your sales person for scheduling.

Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Surveys

This survey is reviewed and compared to current purchase specifications to assure compliance. The current filter usage is then compared to multiple alternative filter types meeting the purchase specifications on a comparative Life Cycle Cost and true operating efficiency basis.

Web Based Site Filter Tracking inclusive of Energy Usage

Your current filter data as provided by the customer is maintained by our trained technician on a Web based tracking system. The tracking system will provide actual real time energy and labor use based on the actual operating data and information provided by the owner. The information and concise reports are available to password enabled accounts anywhere that Web service is available.

Carbon / Purafil Filter Change Out Services

Consist of sampling of chemical media with lab reports indicating life of media available. Also consist of removing media cartridges, disposal of spent media, refilling / replacing disposable cartridges, and installing media cartridges back into housings.

In Situ Testing Lab

Consists of on going sampling, analysis and reporting of filter system operation within an air handler. Trained laboratory technicians place instruments and take reading on a predetermined schedule and provide laboratory reports verifying the actual installed efficiency of your filter systems. Indoor Air Quality Analysis

Complete air analysis of specific contaminant or complaint based analysis will be performed by qualified technicians. All results will be analyzed by a PhD toxicologist and a concise report issued with remedial recommendation in the report. Contact your salesperson for information and cost.
